Just who is Jocey??? Well� sit down, grab a coke er somethin� and read J | On a cold, wintery nite.. January 28th, 1978 to be exact, Blake and Irma Hiltz were blessed with a bouncin baby girl. She quickly won their hearts and of course being the baby of the family works in for her but not her sister Judi (now 29) and her brother Kenneth (now 27). Growing up it was always l�il Jocey�s mouth that got her into trouble. There was a good many occassions in which she made her parents (mostly her mother) want to crawl under the nearest object and hide because of what she said. Her gift to gab is something she is known for but that just comes right along with her bubbly, creative personality. Over the years Jocey has collect numerous friends and habits from years at NRCS, where she spent grades primary through ten, then onto Forest Heights Community School for years 11 and 12. Sports became an interest as well as music, movies and dancing. (yes she went through that "Oh my God New Kids Are Where it�s at phase") Now she is currently attending Dalhousie University and entering into year three of the Commerce Co-Op program. She is a member of the Community Affairs committee, Dalhousie Business Seminar Planning Committee, Habitat for Humanity- Dalhousie Campus Treasurer and works Tiger Patrol, a walk-home and Drive-home safe service for Dalhousie�s Students. Away from school you may catch her downtown somewhere dancin the night away (more than likely at Boomers, Jerry�s or Merrill�s.), watchin movies, on the net, or just out somewhere causin trouble.
